Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Project Manager assumes the authority for decision-making across all project facets. Accountable to Senior Management, the Project Manager ensures project performance, encompassing costs, schedule adherence, quality, status reporting, and compliance with company policies and programs. They are responsible for fostering customer satisfaction, maintaining project profitability, schedule adherence, and safety standards, while providing leadership to the project team and nurturing relationships with all stakeholders to drive business development.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in an ICI project management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and analysis, including cost analysis, control, and reporting.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in large cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary lead on-site, fostering collaboration and coordination among all project stakeholders to ensure the fulfillment of all project objectives.
  • Oversee comprehensive project planning and scheduling, including ongoing reporting and monitoring, and take corrective measures as necessary to maintain project progress.
  • Manage and prioritize project budgets, preparing budgets and forecasts, and mitigating risks through effective scope and contract management.
  • Negotiate, analyze, and prepare subcontracts, purchase order agreements, and cost control budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout all project execution phases.
  • Identify and communicate project concerns, alerting management to potential risks, and devising strategies to minimize adverse impacts.
  • Ensure all scope and contract changes are submitted to and approved by the customer.
  • Implement and monitor the Company’s Safety and Quality Assurance Policy.
  • Supervise the performance and delivery of subcontractors.
  • Manage a team of Project Coordinators and Assistant Project Managers.
