REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven professional experience in project management (7+ years or more)
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
- A certification in project management methodology is an asset
- Good understanding of formal project management methodologies

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Project Manager will report to the Head of, Transformation and Change Management and will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing assigned projects. As a member of the Transformation Office team, the Project Manager will manage complex projects for company’s highest priority programs that support our 10fortheWin strategy. The Project Manager must demonstrate initiative, be an advocate for change and act as the primary liaison between all cross-functional team members in order to successfully complete a project.

- Organize and lead internal and external cross-functional team members to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Provide critical thinking, challenging management and project teams on their assumptions and improvement processes.
- Contribute to defining the structure and objectives of the project, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure risk management to minimize project risks and ensure resource availability.
- Manage the expectations of the management team and project team
- Collect data support reporting on progress and reports.
- Develop business strategies and tactics to implement changes to existing or new processes.
- Develop metrics for process measurements, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyzes for proposed changes to help management make strategic and tactical decisions.
- Communicate status issues, risks and changes to all stakeholders, including management and project teams.
- Establish project budget, track expenses and report variances.
- Make presentations at all levels of the organization.
