  With a strong local name in the industry, this project management firm is now looking to expand and bring on a Junior Project Manager or Project Manager to their experienced team.
  This is an excellent opportunity for those with a passion for the client-side sector and a focus on their own career growth, by working with experienced colleagues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main duties and responsibilities will vary depending on the project, however, a typical outline could include,

• Working with the Senior Project Manager to project requirements including tenders, budgets, programming, documentation, contract management and subcontractor management.
• Liaise with Authorities, Consultants, Engineers and community in consultation on the project
• Coordinating on-site works and a presence is required on-site to oversee progression.
• Tracking and Reporting progress of the project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines.
• Ensure the project is completed to a high quality prior to handover.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills & experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the Construction sector, ideally in a client-side environment, however, open to those wishing to make the transition from contractor environment
• Ideally possess Engineering qualifications or Construction Management degree
• Demonstrated capacity managing stakeholders and subcontractor
