PROJECT MANAGER – CLOUD

• Working Location: Brussels, Belgium
• Security Clearance : NATO Secret
• Language: High proficiency level in English language

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

· 5+ years of project, programme or portfolio management experience
· Awareness of Digital Transformation and Cloud Migration domains
· Experience across stakeholder’s management in different domains, functions and organisational levels
· Recognised Project Management qualification; PMBOK, PMP, Prince2
· Knowledge of Service Management including ITIL 3 and/or 4
· Organizational Change Management experience

· NATO Enterprise Cloud Adoption initiatives and projects:
ü Responsible for the project management of key Enterprise Cloud initiatives driving NATO’s digital transformation
ü Ensuring deliverables and products are on time, scope and schedule
ü Supporting the Cloud Architect with the continued operationalisation of the NATO Enterprise Cloud Operating Model (NECOM)
ü Support NATO Enterprise cloud adoption activities (includes migration planning and delivery)
ü Tracking formal cloud project from the scope, cost and time perspective
ü Coordinating and communicating on the progress with the relevant stakeholders
· Contribution to exploration of project alignments and uplift in benefits, risks and outcomes tracking, where applicable:
ü Creating dependency map and strategy for projects under their responsibility
ü Creating benefits map and risk logs for initiatives under PM’s responsibility
ü Quality assurance implementation and management, performance monitoring and reporting
