Our Client, a global leader in the Semi-conductor industry is currently looking to hire a project manager to manage their install team. This role will be highly customer focused as you will be managing stakeholders expectations while also overseeing the successful delivery of each project. Within this position you will also oversee a team of highly skilled technicians along with having other reports. This role has great scope for career progression as the company look to promote from within the organisation before looking elsewhere. This role will be based between Dublin and Leixlip.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate all project activities related to client products. This includes installation, commissioning, and certification, ensuring they align with global standards and meet customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, serving as the primary contact between customers and the client. Ensure effective communication and capture all business opportunities.
- Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all field service activities comply with regulations, policies, and procedures. Manage risk control elements and uphold safety and health obligations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and review data from field service activities to present to technical support or customers. Use this data to make informed decisions and improve processes.
- Process Management: Oversee the use of the client’s processes and operating platforms for equipment installation and service. Identify and resolve any issues to ensure continuous improvement.
- Training Delivery: Deliver product training using global training packages. Ensure minimum standards are met and maintain records as part of a formal certification process.
- Software Management: Manage the setup and operation of software products and monitoring platforms related to the client’s products.
- Team Management: Manage the performance, training, and development of the field service install team. Ensure adherence to best practices and promote continuous improvement in all activities.
