Description:
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Project Manager who is passionate about innovation and possesses strong leadership skills. REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience (5 years) in technical project management, preferably in digital or technology space.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. Jira).
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and technology, able to identify opportunities and drive change within the organization.
- Proven experience in software project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders’ expectations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure.
- Technical proficiency in Cloud technologies, Security or Software Engineering is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Flexibility and willingness to work during non-office hours when required to meet project deadlines or address urgent issues.

- Project Management
- Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners, to ensure alignment and support for innovation initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating technical concepts into clear and understandable language.

- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, creativity, and learning within the organization.
