Description:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Project Manager who is passionate about innovation and possesses strong leadership skills. You will be at the forefront of implementing and maintaining advance technology solutions that boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to the promotion of sustainable transportation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience (5 years) in technical project management, preferably in digital or technology space.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. Jira).
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and technology, able to identify opportunities and drive change within the organization.
  • Proven experience in software project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure.
  • Technical proficiency in Cloud technologies, Security or Software Engineering is a plus.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work during non-office hours when required to meet project deadlines or address urgent issues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management
  • Provide strong leadership to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure alignment with project goals and priorities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
  1. Innovation and Strategic Thinking
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in innovation and emerging technologies, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation within the organization, leveraging technology to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement innovation strategies, aligning with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the installation, testing, and maintenance.
  1. Project Management
  • Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  1. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners, to ensure alignment and support for innovation initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating technical concepts into clear and understandable language.
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, creativity, and learning within the organization.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency gains, implementing best practices and tools to streamline project delivery and innovation processes.

  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and ensure systems are optimal with the latest software and hardware enhancements.
  • Develop training materials and programs for support engineers and other technical staff.
  • Provide technical leadership in crisis situations and ensure quick resolution of issues impacting service availability.
  • Analyse system data to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
