Description:
IT’S WHAT’S INSIDE THAT COUNTS
There’s more to CMC than our steel products and the buildings, structures, and roads they go into. At CMC, it’s the people inside our recycling centers, fabrication plants, steel mills and offices that make us who we are as a company. Our success comes from finding, retaining, and supporting the highest quality talent by offering:
- Day 1 benefits coverage with low cost medical, vision, dental
- Paid-time off and vacation starting Day 1
- Competitive compensation and bonuses
- Company-paid Lifestyle fund, life and disability insurance
- Company matching 401(k) plan
- Employee stock purchase plan
- Training and advancement opportunities
CMC is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to assume operational responsibility for large commercial construction projects such as highways, bridges, parking structures, high rise buildings, and stadiums, etc. These projects will achieve financial results that meet and/or improve upon budget constraints while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Reporting directly to the Area Engineering Manager, the Project Manager will manage major projects that require challenges in complexity, technical knowledge, customer demand and offer leadership to the project staff. The Project Manager will spend most of his/her time on site. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is fiscally minded, enjoys managing multiple projects to successful completion, problem solving and interfacing with clients and colleagues across the organization.
