OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a well-established mid-tier commercial builder and developer with 25 years of experience in the industry. Our client’s current and upcoming projects include exciting new build mixed-use apartments. With projects ranging from $20-50 million, they are seeking a Construction PM to join their team in Sydney.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 projects start to finish experience in the commercial new build sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing similar style projects, such as mixed-use apartments and town villages/homes.
- Construction Side Project Manager
- Desirable if you come from a contractual background.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Previous/Current experience working for builder developers will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the construction team by example, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Oversee all aspects of project management from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Utilise your design experience to provide valuable input during project planning and execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
