• Oversee the financial management of projects, including ongoing forecasting.
• Lead pre-construction meetings to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to field operations.
• Collaborate closely with the prefabrication and design departments.
• Establish clear goals and expectations for foremen.
• Address and resolve customer concerns through negotiation.
• Estimate change orders for assigned projects as needed.
• Manage all project closeout procedures.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide coaching and counseling to foremen to enhance performance.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships within the industry.
• Supervise the design, installation, and supply of electrical systems.
• Develop daily schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively.
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of work by managing staff effectively.
