What We Need
Corpay is looking to hire a Project Manager within our Accounting & Finance division. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and is located in Toronto, ON In this role, you will be working side by side with the Internal Audit team, but focus on projects that are of priority to the business. This is a unique role as it reports to the VP of Internal Audit and Special Projects.

Role Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Project Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or related field
  • 2-3 years experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exposure to FinTech industry an asse

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and completing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and update senior management throughout the project as necessary.
  • Oversee all aspects of the business and become familiar with our processes, controls and risks, while working alongside the internal audit department.
  • Working with internal resources and co-sourced partners to coordinate, plan, and implement a number of projects throughout the organization;
  • Evaluating, analyzing, and reporting on specific areas of the business at the request of Senior Management;
  • Managing one-off projects required by internal or external audit relating to system upgrades, acquisitions, or testing requirements;
  • Building relationships with business process owners from Operations, Sales, IT, HR, Finance, etc. to ensure controls are in place to adequately mitigate business risks and offer suggestions to enhance efficiency and improvements;
  • Assisting the internal audit team with analyzing segregation of duties conflicts and designing role-based user access solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Project Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or related field
  • 2-3 years experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exposure to FinTech industry an asset
