Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding Project Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of electronic/software projects for Motorsport and Automotive markets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong input into project tendering and estimating. · Create and monitor project plans.
- Manage and plan project change requests.
- Facilitate/chair project status reviews.
- Facilitate/chair technical project meetings.
- Identify & manage project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status to stake holders and project portfolio board.
- Manage key stakeholder and client relationships.
- Manage key suppliers, including contracts and negotiations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance to both client & company procedures and specifications.
- Consider the health and safety, environmental and energy impact of all activities.
- Support the Company’s compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, following policy and best practice.

Candidate Profile:
- Ideally Degree qualified in electronics/software engineering (or equivalent), with a successful track record managing electronic/software engineering projects.
- A formal project management qualification, such as APM/PRINCE2 is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
- Experience/knowledge of the project management aspects of ASPICE.
- Able to apply project management techniques to support both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
- IT Literate and fully proficient using Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Project for planning, budgeting and reporting.
