Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Join Manheim New Zealand’s Industrial division in Takanini, Auckland, where you will support the Sales and Operations team in developing new business while ensuring smooth daily auction operations. To succeed in this role, you should be a people person who can build strong relationships, have the drive to secure new business, and be flexible to travel across the region to meet off-site clients. This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary and a vehicle allowance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively assess customer needs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to achieve account performance objectives and meet customer expectations
  • Conduct asset valuations and assist in marketing campaigns to process the sales
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to resolve any disputes, complaints, or concerns
  • Prospect and account manage new business opportunities to meet targets and objectives
  • Provide assistance with the auctions as directed by the Operations Manager
