Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience as a project manager, ideally in a marketing/agency/consulting/creative design environment.
- Either with a PMP designation or working towards one will be considered an asset.
- Experience managing smaller projects or specific project tasks within a larger project framework.
- A solid understanding of project management principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning, developing and mentoring others on project management skills.
- Process driven with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Likes to have fun and work as part of an energetic and enthusiastic team.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Manage smaller consulting projects or specific tasks within larger projects under the guidance of the Project Manager Lead or department Director.
- Assist or lead in the preparation of project proposals of various scope and complexity.
- Coordinate estimates, resourcing, and schedules for change orders, working closely with the project team.
- Manage project execution including timelines, tasks, meetings, scheduling, and core project communications.
- Work under general supervision within broad guidelines to ensure project delivery according to standards and policies.
Supervision and Team Coordination:
- Check work for accuracy and completeness as requested and provide team members with project-specific guidance when appropriate.
- Maintain project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project tasks efficiently and effectively.
Self-Management and Accountability:
- Allocate a portion of time to self-managing individual project tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Ensure completed work is technically accurate and compliant with established standards and policies.
