Responsibilities:

  • As a technical contact person, you are responsible for our customer service providers and manage international service providers
  • You independently take on projects, thereby enhancing the customer experience
  • You enjoy being the interface between service providers and internal departments
  • You conduct analyses, create reports on relevant call center metrics, and are responsible for volume planning
  • You are interested in data protection, quality analyses, and fraud topics
  • You continuously optimize systems and processes to reduce lead times and costs
  • You analyze the reasons for customer contact in customer service and develop customer-friendly solutions
