Build your career at Iress!
As Customer Project Manager in the Wealth APAC division of Iress, you will be working on Xplan software projects with customers and working closely with our Customer and Product functional teams to oversee and manage project deliverables to the customer. You will utilise your extensive project management experience and be accountable for a range of customer initiatives, ensuring an exceptional customer experience whilst delivering to the agreed scope, on time and within budget and quality standards.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:

You’ll be responsible for owning the delivery of client projects and implementations end-to-end for our Wealth APAC division, including but not limited to:

  • Project managing client projects focused on Xplan solutions, including manage implementation, impact analysis and change plan for client projects.
  • Communicating effectively throughout the discovery, planning, implementation and deployment of the project.
  • Balancing competing demands to ensure client and business objectives are achieved.
  • Developing robust and achievable client project plans and reporting to manage the delivery of quality solutions and project deliverables.
  • Effectively manage relationships and communications with clients, project stakeholders, delivery teams, suppliers and/or third parties.

What you will bring
A key success factor for this role is to meet customer’s functional and non functional expectations through existing products and Iress planned roadmap work and wider capabilities. This will require excellent teamwork to harness and leverage the breadth of Iress capabilities.
We’re looking for someone customer obsessed, who can always facilitate difficult decision making in order to optimise for customer value. You will have high integrity and a strong ethical approach to achieving the right outcomes, as well as thriving in uncertainty - always willing to accept a challenge that will push you out of your comfort zone. Curious and open to learning new things, you take accountability for finding solutions to challenging, ambiguous opportunities and have an innate ability to effectively communicate your views and and influence a broad range of stakeholders as a result.

Why work with us?

  • 8 additional paid days per year to extend your weekends
  • Hybrid working
  • Generous cash bonus for every successful referral
  • Starting school leave - 8.5 days of leave to assist your children with the transition to school
  • Up to 26 weeks’ paid parental leave for primary carers (up to 4 weeks for secondary carers), and the ability to work part-time when returning to work
  • 3 days’ paid leave per year to participate in charity initiatives
  • Discounted health insurance premiums
  • Access to learning and development programs through Udemy
