Barden are delighted to have partnered with the Program Director of a global Irish tech company to help identify a Project Manager to join their PMO team and take on the delivery of a major program within the Cyber Security function with a primary focus across their Irish and UK businesses. This is a permanent role.
This role does not require specific cyber security expertise but offers the opportunity to work within the cyber security function. The ideal person will have a diverse industry background, particularly in IT, and will be focused on implementing structure, governance, and best practices within projects. This position provides scope to experiment with innovative project management approaches and contribute to a multijurisdictional program. The successful person will work closely with stakeholders and will be supported by a talented pool of Program and Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects within the Cyber Security function, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, to track and manage project progress, issues, and risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks to drive project success.
