We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to lead our data-intensive initiatives. Your expertise in data capabilities, service design, and digital product development will be pivotal in driving our clients’ projects to success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Optimally 2-5 years of experience in project management, specifically in data-intensive & digital environments.
• Strong domain expertise in data capabilities, service design, and digital product development. A strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, in Finnish and in English, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree or Project mgmt certification is a plus.

• Lead and manage complex, data-intensive projects from inception to completion, utilize Gen AI in your daily operations.
• Utilize your deep understanding of data capabilities to optimize project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of service design and digital product development.
• Drive project timelines & mitigate risks, ensuring milestones are met with high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex data concepts into understandable terms.
