Description:

SUMMARY: The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and managing technology projects for clients by managing the cost, time, and scope constraints on our Data & Software Implementation Services Team. As a Project Manager, you must operate effectively with little supervision while maintaining a high professional standard and will be assigned to extremely complex and/or high-risk projects. . The role requires a client-focused professional committed to success by embracing and living our core values of Persistence, Integrity, Trust, Accountability and Prudence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field or related experience
  • Eight years of successful and documented work experience in the assessment, design, implementation, and management of technologies and communications systems
  • Eight years of project management experience
  • PMP Certification preferred but not required depending on work experience
  • Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
  • Exceptional listener to understand client goals and how they measure success
  • Ability to assess client situations, identify needs, present concepts, develop specifications and recommendations, and deliver solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams in analysis, design and development tasks. Develop project plans, goals, identify resources and budgets, schedules, and metrics to track and measure results.
  • Understand overall project objectives, role and function of each project team member
  • Ensure clear project objectives and requirements are established and agreed upon by client stakeholders and team members
  • Coordinate delivery and implementation of projects that meet quality assurance standards
  • Drive problem investigation and resolution
  • Ensure risks are identified, communicated, mitigated and projects are delivered successfully to production
  • Design and maintain technical and project documentation
  • Establish and provide regular status reports and facilitate status meetings
  • Maintain constant pro-active communication with clients (e.g., keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of impending changes, agreed outages)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
