Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
Align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the result across a stakeholder audience. Most projects will require a hands on approach and at times execution of project tasks on behalf of other team members.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Responsible for planning and overseeing projects across functions and product divisions to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, within scope and within budget.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through implementation and delivery, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- When needed, execute on project tasks on behalf of other team members
- Track project budgets and monitor invoice schedules
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- 3+ years project management experience
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Superior written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and outstanding in creating priorities
- Distinct problem-solving aptitude
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of inspiring your team
- Strong team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Unflappable manner when working to tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work across several time zones
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions would be advantageous
- Project Management qualification
