Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our clients team in Stuttgart. As a Project Manager in the e-mobility sector, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering key projects, focused on the development of HV battery systems and charging infrastructure for EVs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Experience working with OEMs and tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry.
  • Technical background in electrical engineering is highly desirable.
  • Additional experience in EV charging infrastructure or battery technology is a strong plus.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end project life cycles, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and time line.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverable, and time lines.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and tier 1 suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Utilise your technical background in electrical engineering to provide insights and solutions during project development.
  • Oversee projects related to EV charging infrastructure and battery technology, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address challenges to achieve project goals.
