Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in engineering (Civil or Structural) or a related discipline preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an asset.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ project management experience
- Technical expertise in building and facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-year projects in any of the 50 distribution facilities.
- Develop Projects in collaboration with the Operations Teams.
- Development and validation of scope, budget, timeline and deliverables are heavily emphasized in the planning stages. Scope, budget and timeline are critical deliverables of the project implementation phases.
- Provide expertise in Project Management, cash flow, and building and facilities.
- Create or utilize required specifications and communicate them.
- Manage the process for suppliers to be included on approved supplier list.
- Participate in bid reviews and vendor selection.
- Develop Multi-year capital plan for assigned facilities in collaboration with the engineering and operations teams.
