WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Your background should include a bachelor’s degree in electrical or automation engineering, coupled with experience in a similar role in either project management or technical design. Knowledge of substation design principles will be considered as an advantage. Proficiency in spoken and written Finnish and English is required.
Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders will be vital for successful collaboration and problem-solving. We are looking for an individual who is self-guided, systematic, analytical, organized, and accurate in their way of working. As Project Manager you should also have strong coordination skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills, as you will work independently and as a leader of a small team, interacting effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and skillsets.
