Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Validate and review project schedules throughout construction and SOP phases.
- Manage and challenge budget requirements from construction to equipment manufacturing.
- Communicate with operations throughout system design, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Track and present project funding requirements to the executive committee.
- Foster innovation within the team and EPC contractor for AESC’s success.
- Coordinate critical path activities and lead resolution of project challenges.
- Assess project risks and implement mitigation plans, providing weekly updates to senior leadership.
- Provide strategic input for organization and construction requirements.
- Report construction progress and risks to Project Director, addressing potential claims or disputes.
- Secure necessary resources for construction supervision and safety plans.
- Lead weekly customer reviews and ensure information flow across functions.
- Develop milestone plans and executive overviews of project scopes.
- Serve as the main point of contact with stakeholders and executive leaders when Project Director is off-site.
