REQUIREMENTS:

• BSEE, MSEE, MBA, or other related education in a technical discipline preferred with 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in an NPI environment
• Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and strong retention skills for critical information
• Demonstrated leadership skills specifically working in a matrixed organization
• Team Player with a passion to win/contribute and have a results-focused attitude and approach to the position
• Ability to collaborate with other team members to establish efficient systems of operation.
• Strong knowledge of MS Tools, including but not limited to Project, PowerPoint, and Excelm
• Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, Planview PPM Pro or Oracle’s Agile PLM software is a plus
  The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $87,600 - $167,900 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock. • Chairing weekly development team meetings across a multi-functional group
