MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering
  • 4 or more years of total experience with 2 or more years of experience in a project management role

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Project management (e.g. PMP Certification)
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Injection molding experience
  • Experience working in both traditional project management and Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Experience in an FDA regulated or regulated industry
  • Expertise in MS Project, Planner or similar project management tool
  • Experience of GD&T, Process mapping, statistical methods and process/ product validations would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

The Enterprise Engineering and Product Transfer team supports complex supplier-initiated change requests, end of lifetime products, as well as continuous improvement, and product enhancement projects that keep the business running smoothly. As a Project Manager, you will focus on executing assigned product engineering projects, working closely with Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Supply Planning to drive speed to market, product quality and ease of manufacturing.
