Description:
About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EPIC Systems Project Manager to join our Global Transformation Company. As an EPIC Systems Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing complex projects within the hospital and healthcare industry. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years experience working with EPIC Systems software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the hospital and healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites.
