About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EPIC Systems Project Manager to join our Global Transformation Company. As an EPIC Systems Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing complex projects within the hospital and healthcare industry. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years experience working with EPIC Systems software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the hospital and healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to travel as needed to client sites.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential setbacks.
  • Provide project updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
