Tasks

As the Project Manager for Global HR Strategy & Tooling at IONOS, you will be vital in leading the successful transformation and implementation of new HR processes, tools and systems within the IONOS Group. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required objectives.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan to launch and integrate HR strategy and tools within the IONOS Group.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the project timeline or objectives.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring key milestones are met and project deadlines are adhered to.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to deliver the project within scope and budget.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication of project status, updates, and decisions to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate the success of the project and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Project Management, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a project manager in HR with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication, capable of liaising with various stakeholders from C-Level to employees, incl. technical and non-technical counterparts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
