Description:

We are now looking for a Project Manager Field Actions for our Quality Department that will collaborate with multiple parties at the same time, working with a proactive approach.

Our Quality team is passionate about connecting our ambitions into the quality of our products. We are therefore looking for an additional Project Manager Field Actions that will operate in a cross-functional way by involving all functions to make sure that the right Field Actions are released in an appropriate manner. This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Responsibilities:

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be a project manager of Quality Field Service Actions. You will be responsible for the complete field action over time, from preparation to launch and follow up of the Field Service Action:

  • Manage investigation
  • Cost calculations
  • Recommendation
  • Documentation
  • Implementation
  • Progress follow up

You will make sure that all data and documentation are quality secured and properly communicated at the release of a Field Service Action to the market and concerned authorities. You will present a clear recommendation and proposed way forward in Field Service Action investigations to management. You will liaising with teams such as After Sales, Markets, Purchasing and Legal. Additionally, you will act as a pillar to Product Compliance Officers and provide expert support on the relevant case as well as building and assigning cross-functional teams for the cases.

  • A degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Several years’ experience of project coordination in Field Action liaising different functions and roles
  • Experience in managing a cross-functional team with great business acumen
  • Experience in data analytics and statistics
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Automotive aftermarket experience with good product and customer insight
  • Experience in automotive regulations is meritoriou
