YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

It is required that you

• Bring prior experience as Project Manager handling projects in a stage gate model.
• Have minimum 3 years of experience within a product development end-to-end environment.
• Bring relevant education or certification, perhaps within project management or leadership.
• Speak and write English fluently. It is a benefit if you speak and understand German as well, but it is not a requirement.

As a person, you are a team player with a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem solving. You are able to interact with and effectively communicate to all levels of our organisation. At the same time, you are able to manage several tasks in parallel.
You value working in a project-oriented culture where feedback and collaboration are crucial.
