Description:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management or Construction Management.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or engineering sectors, with a strong background in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients, designers, surveyors, and construction teams.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, site preparation, and project scheduling.
- Competence in budget management and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating project success from contract initiation to completion across all company projects. This individual will be the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate between clients, design, engineering, surveyors, and construction managers. They will focus on project scheduling, monitoring performance, mitigating project risk, and managing any cost & schedule variations. With the help of a supporting project team, the Project Manager will deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired structural solution.
