Description:

Our company is renowned for delivering top-notch construction projects, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee this monumental undertaking. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from inception to completion.
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager who will serve as the primary spokesperson and coordinator for our ambitious development project. This role requires a hands-on individual with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to navigate complex governmental regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in full-blown construction, development, and property management.
- Expertise in dealing with governmental bodies and navigating regulatory processes.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a multifaceted project from conception to completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in French (required) and English (preferred).

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact and spokesperson for the project, liaising with government officials, stakeholders, and the community.
- Coordinate all project activities from start to finish, including permitting, lobbying, hiring foremen, and overseeing construction phases.
- Collaborate with governmental bodies to ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary approvals.
- Network and build connections within the community, including becoming a member of the Chamber of Commerce and engaging in lobbying efforts.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of plans, including geometric studies and additional tests such as soil analysis.
- Manage the upkeep of the land, addressing any minor maintenance needs as they arise.
- Handle additional lobbying needs and advocate for the project’s vision in the media.
- Conduct media interviews and public appearances to promote the project and garner support.
- Lead the contractor hiring process, negotiate contracts, and oversee project reviews to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Possess a strong understanding of the French community and demonstrate charisma in all interactions.
