Description:

Overview:
The Project Manager has direct, client-facing responsibilities as well responsibilities directing and supporting JCR & JCI field staff. The PM serves as the primary project leader for Global Consulting long term projects and Quality Education Program. The PM serves as a key contact for Global Consulting field staff in project organization, process improvement, and communication management.
The Project Manager maintains strong working relationships with International Accreditation, Global Consulting, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Education, Marketing, and Operations. The PM completes assessments as part of process improvement initiatives, reporting out to Global Consulting leadership as well as field staff.

FIELD STAFF EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATION

  • Designs, builds, and maintains a knowledge sharing platform (The Field Resource Center) that is used for educational purposes for field staff. Coaches and works with field staff and enterprise staff to promote best practices for knowledge sharing.
  • Designs, builds, tests, and maintains a knowledge sharing platform (Surveyor Portal) that is used for JCIA staff. Coaches field staff, central office staff, and other SMEs to ensure surveyors have ongoing access to content.
  • Serves as primary administrator for Global Consulting and JCIA internal sites. Maintains all consulting and accreditation content, reviewing annually, as well as maintain the JCIA CITe database, governance of divisional document filing structure, manage site permissions, testing, and provide guidance and training to staff on SharePoint use. Partners with SharePoint Designers and Information Architects to implement and maintain the architecture of field staff portal(s). Serves as a main point of contact for central office and field staff.
  • Develops, tests, and manages the onboarding SharePoint site. Is the primary contact for all newly hired international surveyors, international consultants, and domestic consultants as well as key stakeholders in the onboarding process. Advises new hires on end-to-end process of onboarding to deployment to the field.
  • Collects and distributes onboarding documents to SMEs and new field staff.
  • Plans and participates in virtual orientation sessions with central office SMEs.
  • Supports communication of training initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Acts as SME for Constant Contact. Identifies and promotes articles to share with field staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required along with:
  • At least 5 years of managing multiple complex projects
  • At least 3 years of recent SharePoint administration, design, and support experience
  • Process improvement training/RPI training. Expertise in process improvement skills and tools to support internal and external customers. Able to proactively analyze and identify inefficient processes and workflows and provide solutions for improvement.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in outside departments, such as IT, Legal, HR, and Operations to lead project goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and LMS Software. Proficient in enterprise systems, such as Qualtrics, Constant Contact, and other systems as needed. Three plus years supporting SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Qualtrics, SkyPrep, SumTotal, Cloud Campus, Moodle.
  • Ability to learn new software applications rapidly to meet internal and external stakeholder demands.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong editing skills and a keen eye for grammatical errors. Attention to detail and high level of organizational skills required. Ability to influence clients and stakeholders.
  • Project management experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, including special projects, administrative issues, and communications to support the company’s strategic goals.
