OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Background from an internal IT organization, an internal project organization or from an IT consulting company as IT project manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management
• Proven track record of managing successful projects related to digitalization, cyber security, IT-infrastructure.
• Experience from leading projects with IT infrastructure implementations, technical IT applications, cloud technology and have a natural curiosity for relevant technical tasks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Due to our global expansion, the Global IT organization is experiencing a rise in projects encompassing technical applications, new IT infrastructure, IT Security, new locations, and M&A initiatives. Consequently, we are actively expanding our internal capabilities within Global IT to ensure the successful delivery of projects in these areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional/cross country teams to execute project plans, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders, including IT management and Steering Group
• Manage project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and project reviews.
• Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Ensure that project management processes and best practices are followed throughout the project.
• Close corporation with IT architects, IT application team, IT Infrastructure, IT Management, and external consultants
