THE CLIENT:

IDEAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in all aspects of project management
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
- Contract management & strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
You will be working on a fantastic array of projects across much needed Housing developments across Brisbane and the greater Queensland area.
- Conducting assessments of project feasibility and budgetary considerations
- Securing project teams through procurement, including design consultants, certifiers, and other necessary specialists to deliver a comprehensive design package for tender and construction phases
- Formulating project procurement strategies and crafting detailed project delivery plans
- Estimating project costs and implementing effective cost management practices
- Managing the tender process efficiently
- Drafting construction contracts in preparation for project execution
- Creating appointment Deeds in compliance with WHS legislation
- Administering contracts throughout project lifecycles
- Supervising on-site building contractors effectively
- Collaborating with the Director to identify expansion opportunities by cultivating a diverse network within the property sector
- Delivering regular, accurate, and comprehensive reports to clients as needed
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and statutory requirements pertinent to the role
