Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful

execution of projects using best practices, techniques and standards

• Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones

and adhering to deadlines

• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project

scope, schedule and costs

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and

techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Experience in seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Identify areas for improvement for all projects

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science
• 5 years of project manager experience
• Developer experience
• Project Management and Software Development experiences
• Independent and Team Leader
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Experience in handling Government project will be a bonus
• Ability to manage complex projects and maintain positive working morale in challenging situations
• Good at business requirement analysis
• Strong analytical and communication skills
