Description:
Managing project with Client, Sub-contractors, Consultants and Authority Approval
Converting cast-in-situ to Precast element for industrial building
Preparing installation sequence of precast, coordinating with design team, precast manufacture and installer team
Clash check using BIM model
Coordinating with Architecture and M& E Interface
Coordinating with key suppliers
Finalisng major material procurement
Preparation of schedule using MS projec
