Are you a dedicated, passionate professional looking to grow your career with a company long-term? Join Hall Shoring & Foundations as a Project Manger in Coquitlam, BC!
This position contributes to the overall organization by assuming responsibility for project costing, safety, and quality program implementation. Additionally, it involves scheduling, and budgeting, and requires coordination with the relevant operations department for project start-up, execution, and close-out.

YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS, TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Piling & Foundations, preferably experience with CFA (Continuous Flight Auger).
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Must possess excellent English communication skills.
  • Years of experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
  • Designations: P.Eng and/or PMP considered an asset.

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Programs: HCSS, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Teams, etc.)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong with data analysis and its application, as required.
  • Interpreting Cost Reports.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
  • Adept at working in a team environment and leading team meetings and group tasks.
  • Prioritizes Health & Safety above all and expects the same from others.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and problem solve in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to build a network with clients, subcontractors, and all project stakeholders, with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Understands how to prioritize workload and be responsive.
  • Comfortable with conflict or challenging conversations with clients and colleagues
