As a Creative Project Manager, you are the driving force behind the seamless delivery of creative marketing projects. Your role encompasses a mix of strategic planning, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that creative endeavors align with our objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization, storage, and retrieval of digital assets, ensuring efficient and seamless workflows within our digital media environment.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced proficiency with Project Management platforms to manage the flow of project requests from start to finish (experience with Monday is a plus)
- Excellent organizational, planning, project, time, and budget management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, within established deadlines and budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and succinct information to internal and external partners
- Understanding of the graphic design process including basic knowledge of creative programs (Adobe Suite), copy and design functions, and file editing and management needs.
- Knowledge and Experience in Digital Asset Management (experience in Brandfolder is a plus)
- Problem-solving skills to offer effective solutions with the ability to multitask, prioritize and ‘make things happen’;
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and thrive in an environment with changing demands
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience at a creative agency, or in-house, as a project manager or creative operations coordinator;
- Passion for sports and/or interactive gaming is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include ownership and design of the creative process, helping the Creative and Marketing teams develop and manage timelines, deadlines, and production schedules for all print and digital projects to deliver assets in a timely manner while identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules.
- Assess the current Creative Operations workflow and identify ways to streamline the process to improve department efficiency.
- Work closely with all teams to ensure project timelines are followed, vendor specifications are accurately provided, deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Review briefs to ensure all details and information needed is provided in detail to allow our creative team to fully execute all tasks.
- Participate in creative meetings with internal and external teams to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, schedules, meeting agendas, budgets, production support, necessary reviews are created.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure clear communication amongst creative team and key stakeholders
- Oversee a comprehensive digital asset management system to organize, categorize, and archive digital files.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication regarding digital asset requirements.
