Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support a variety of housing projects across Perth

A major state government department is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a variety of housing projects across Perth. This role will be predominantly based in Perth CBD, working full-time hours Monday to Friday. You will initially be engaged in this role on a temporary basis for an initial 3-months, plus a possible 3-month extension.

YOUR NEW ROLE

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of priority infrastructure projects, with responsibility for:

• Providing specialist advice on project related policies, procedures and issues,
• Contributing to the development and implementation of project policies, frameworks and procedures
• Managing and / or completing high-risk and complex projects
• Documenting and monitoring project plans and schedules
• Assisting with the development of project plans, resources and budgets
• Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure client project needs are met
