Project Manager- Healthcare, Claims, Member and EDI compliance

Infosys is seeking a Project Manager with Automation Testing and experience in Healthcare, Claims, Member and EDI
In the role of Project Manager, you will act as a validation and quality assurance professional across the different stages of the Testing lifecycle. You will coordinate with stakeholders and conduct test workshop to convert the requirement specifications into test requirements and create test strategy. You will create test assurance plans, strategy and identify the components for failover, system recovery and collaborate with all the teams to meet our clients’ business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 7 years of Information Technology experience
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Connecticut, CT or Phoenix, AZ be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Good knowledge on Healthcare, Claims, Member and EDI compliance skills.
• 4 years of experience in Claims, Member EDI (837, 834, 235), Provider systems
• 3+ years of hands-on experience on BDD, selenium or Cypress automation
• Experience in creating Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test scenarios and Test cases
• Knowledge and experience with Agile lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Project Management fundamentals across Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes.
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages; knowledge of automation frameworks, and design principles; ability to evaluate and suggest different automation test tools based on technology stack.
• Domain – good understanding of health care domain knowledge across Pan setup, member enrollment and provider in order to understand the business requirements / functionality. Ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines.
• Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, produce project test artifacts and defect management.
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite along with defining and measuring different metrices like DRE, automation adaption etc.
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.

THE JOB ENTAILS SITTING AS WELL AS WORKING AT A COMPUTER FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME. SHOULD BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE BY TELEPHONE, EMAIL OR FACE TO FACE. TRAVEL MAY BE REQUIRED AS PER THE JOB REQUIREMENTS.

For candidates based out of CA, WA, NY states, estimated annual compensation will be $86,000 to $120,400.
