    We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Services Project Manager (Fixed Term) to join our Cummins Business Services, HR Services team in Scoresby. Responsible for being a working team member yet leading a number of key projects. Due to the varying complexity and size of the projects, it creates an exciting opportunity to partner with key cross-functional stakeholders.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Partner with stakeholders to support with project activities delivering to the project schedule.
  • Identifies, tracks, and works with stakeholders to resolve project issues.
  • Monitors and communicates project status to the project team.
  • Review and provide reports on progress, anomalies, risks and issues associated with the overall project.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to educate and involve them throughout the change process.
  • Develop and support on change management and communication plans

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Hold a strong working knowledge of payroll and HR related legislation
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a payroll and human resources environment, preferably in a large, multi-site organisation.
  • Experience in interpreting modern awards and enterprise agreements.
  • Able to work autonomously while building collaborative relationships and utilising influencing skills.
  • Advanced computer skills in software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a variety of complex situations, preferably on large projects/programs across different phases.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
