ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking experienced Project Manager with exceptional management and engagement skills. We’re looking for:

  • Strong process design and project management experience and skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project methodology.
  • Previous experience implementing multiple HR initiatives or projects and demonstrated knowledge of various HR specialist functions, including payroll, ER, talent acquisition, workplace health and safety etc.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills with the ability to quickly gain credibility and rapport and lead and engage stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
  • Ideally change management experience in a large, complex organisation, and experience in healthcare

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Icon’s Development Delivery Manager we’re looking for an accomplished Project Manager to lead, facilitate and execute People & Capability (P&C) programs of work by acting as an interface between the Global Development Team of the Enterprise Project Management Office and the P&C team.

Offered as a full time contract until January 2025 to cover a period of leave, successful applicants will manage the relevant P&C workstreams across the EPMO development portfolio through collaboration with the P&C leadership team, assuming a leadership role on projects of strategic importance to Icon Group including Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and new site development projects within the Cancer Care, Pharmacy and Compounding divisions. This will see you:

  • Liaise with P&C functional leads to ensure adequate awareness, planning and delivery to support Group development projects globally and P&C service delivery
  • Provide SME P&C input to operational readiness where required to ensure project specific deliverables
  • Plan, monitor and manage projects, including associated reporting, and progress tracking, ensuring all allocated projects comply with approved master program
  • Manage end to end delivery of projects by adopting the EPMO’s project delivery methodology
  • Identify and maintain risks and issues across allocated projects, with escalation of project risks and issues to the Development Delivery Manager
  • Coordinate P&C responses for Icon Group bids and tenders, with input from P&C functional leads
  • Maintain Master P&C Tender Document to support P&C divisional tender responses
  • Support the Development Delivery Manager, Change team and Executive Manager People & Capability as required to assess the impact and risks of changes and develop and implement mitigating plans
  • Support the Executive Manager People & Capability with P&C resources for projects as required
  • Conduct regular communication sessions, workshops, and training programs to enhance P&C change readiness
