MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years working in an Agile environment
  • 3+ years working with Software Development teams
  • 3+ years of customer service or stakeholder management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, System Administration, or other related business, scientific or technical discipline

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to manage multiple, conflicting priorities and work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present technical and functional information to a cross-functional group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization with varying levels of technical proficiency
  • Strategic and technical knowledge related to software development, DevOps, CyberSecurity, data management, etc
  • Strong critical thinking with outstanding analytical, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to achieve results in an ambiguous environment
  • Collaborative, flexible, open working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly
  • Technical skills required to discuss and strategize with DevOps Leads, Product Engineers, Software Engineers, and Cybersecurity Leads
  • High level of understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and UI/UX Development Life Cycle to bring a robust, attractive, intuitive, and useful product to launch
