MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years working in an Agile environment
- 3+ years working with Software Development teams
- 3+ years of customer service or stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, System Administration, or other related business, scientific or technical discipline
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to manage multiple, conflicting priorities and work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present technical and functional information to a cross-functional group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization with varying levels of technical proficiency
- Strategic and technical knowledge related to software development, DevOps, CyberSecurity, data management, etc
- Strong critical thinking with outstanding analytical, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Able to achieve results in an ambiguous environment
- Collaborative, flexible, open working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly
- Technical skills required to discuss and strategize with DevOps Leads, Product Engineers, Software Engineers, and Cybersecurity Leads
- High level of understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and UI/UX Development Life Cycle to bring a robust, attractive, intuitive, and useful product to launch
