As a Project Manager, Implementation, you will lead projects within and across our businesses by combining analytical and management skills to ensure their completion - on time, within scope, and within budget.
Every day, you will partner with clients to learn and understand their business needs; analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes; and guide and drive clients towards the best solution for their unique business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- PMP certification is required.
- 5-8 years demonstrated project management experience with proven knowledge in project management methodologies and project management tools.
- University graduate, or equivalent work experience.
- Familiar with all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong influencing skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated and proven leadership skills, excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
- You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
- Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites
