Become a key player in a leading construction company specialising in new build industrial projects in Sydney. With a focus on innovation and excellence, the company is proud to deliver new build industrial facilities that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager that will be responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging industrial projects up to $50 Million in value, while collaborating with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of new build industrial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project programs, schedules, track progress, and identify and address any issues or delays to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement effective cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project team members, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, variations, and progress reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in new build industrial construction projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Thorough understanding of construction project management principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project-related issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards in the construction industry.
