Project Manager - Infrastructure and AMS

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure and AMS projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing infrastructure projects, AMS engagements, and teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure and AMS
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
• Proven experience in managing teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (networks, servers, storage, cloud)
• Experience with AMS tools and processes (incident management, problem management, change management)
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or a related field

• Manage infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure
• Oversee AMS projects, ensuring service quality, incident resolution, and request fulfillment
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance management
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgets
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and customers to ensure project deliverables meet requirements
• Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and implement changes
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and obtain necessary certifications
• Monitor and report project progress, performance, and financials
• Implement process improvements, best practices, and lessons learned
