Description:
Location – currently 100% remote; post covid may require 1-2 days per week in DC.
As a Project Manager with INTEGRITYOne Partners, you will be at the tip-of-the-spear delivering acquisition, IT, financial, program, and project management support that directly impacts our clients’ law enforcement mission. Every day, you’ll work with dedicated team members and clients to support the planning, execution, and maintenance of management and operational systems that keep our country safe and secure.

We are seeking a Project Manager with demonstrated experience supporting a Program Management Office. In this role, you will:
- Lead With Authority: Utilize your 10+ years of experience in client management, project management, reporting, communication, analysis, and team leadership to address evolving PMO needs.
- Architect Success: Collaborate with team members and clients to craft crucial System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Acquisition Lifecycle Framework (ALF) documents, driving program objectives forward.
- Inspire Excellence: Cultivate a high-performing team and environment, leveraging your leadership skills to ensure quality and service excellence.
- Master Communicator: Demonstrate exceptional communication, facilitation, and mediation abilities while working closely with clients, team members, and other delivery teams.
- Thrive Under Pressure: Leverage your expertise in responding to client requirements within tight timeframes.

Requirements
- Our contract requires that you are a US Citizen and can obtain and maintain a DHS 6C (Public Trust). This requirement is not negotiable for this role. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree or beyond.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
