Salary Range: $78,600 - $99,000 /yr.
Intellifi is a leading fintech company in the Canadian Mortgage Industry. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for emerging talent in the growing fintech industry. You can be a part of the changing landscape by building the next generation of B2B mortgage software solutions. The team is expanding and looking for smart, technical and eager self-motivators.
You will have a blend of responsibilities that will require a hands-on approach in being a key contributor to the management of software development. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A university or college degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
- Proactive, creative, collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of taking initiative.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, and have a passion for technology.
- Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to prioritize, and the capability to deliver technical solutions within tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to respond to client and internal needs, willingness to travel to client sites at short notice, and a determination to get the job done.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet extremely tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with change management and project management methodologies, including both agile and waterfall approaches.
- Background in leading or coordinating IT/application projects within the fintech sector.
- Experience managing projects within the Canadian mortgage industry, covering all aspects of the mortgage life cycle.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their specific needs and expectations.
- Organize and oversee all project phases to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Lead project status meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, providing timely progress reports and minutes.
- Plan and manage the distribution of project communications.
- Develop project plans, setting goals and budgets, and identifying resource requirements.
- Identify and escalate project risks when necessary.
- Properly document project changes, following change control procedures, and maintaining a change control log.
- Allocate workload coverage, managing day-to-day tasks, and assigning work.
- Conduct weekly internal and external meetings to establish weekly and monthly goals.
- Participate in weekly manager meetings, addressing and reporting on weekly priorities.
- Provide support and monitoring during deployment/releases on nights and weekends.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
