  This is a large construction company that still has a family feel.   Right now we are looking for a new Project Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate has a few projects under their belt as a Project Manager and has the ability to both lead and mentor. Your sites will always be well supported and resourced.

  Their typical projects are between $20m and $80m and are often Government, Education, sports clubs and arenas or Aged Care.

To be successful you will have the following:

• Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (adequate experience in the role of Project Manager without tertiary qualifications will also be considered)
• Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager for a mid tier or upper tier Construction Company.
• D&C Project experience
• Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
• Commercially astute
• Tendering experience (for future projects)
