ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This company is well-known and respected for delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney. Specialising in projects ranging from $5M to $10M, they are highly regarded as one of Australia’s leading fit out companies for their expertise. They operate across multiple sectors including Commercial, Education, Government, Industrial, and Retail. Due to their established relationships with prestigious clients and promising pipeline of current and upcoming projects, we are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of fit out and refurbishment projects in their Sydney division.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
- Proven record as a Project Manager delivering projects above $5M
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Commercial fit out and refurbishment experience is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will collaborate closely with the project team to successfully deliver fit out and refurbishment projects valued between $5M and $10M. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This project will be generously resourced, and you will be supported by a team consisting of a Site Manager, Contracts Administrator, and Cadet.
